Bouygues Immobilier Belgium began operating at the end of 2004. Bouygues Immobilier Belgium, which operates in Belgium and Luxembourg, sold 140 residential properties and 5400m² of offices in 2009. Some 350 residential units are currently being built and projects under development represent 800 residential units and 20,000m² of commercial property.

Since it was formed in July 2000, the Portuguese subsidiary has taken up major challenges to conquer market share and diversify its activities.
